Wi-Fi: work out where the problem starts
Tell us whether the issue affects one device or the whole home, and whether it changes between rooms. A service outage, weak signal and a device setting need different responses. We can help investigate and explain when the next step belongs with your internet provider.
Printer setup and connection problems
We can help connect a printer to a supported computer or phone, check that the correct printer is selected and investigate a stuck print queue. Have the printer model and the device you want to print from available. Hardware faults or unavailable manufacturer support may require a different repair route.
Before replacing equipment
Describe your current equipment and what changed recently, such as a new router, internet provider or computer. Keep cables and power supplies accessible. We can discuss options before you commit to buying replacement equipment; a setup visit does not include new hardware.
When a visit makes sense
In-home help is useful when physical connections, router placement or several devices need checking together. For a single computer setting and a stable connection, remote help may be appropriate. Contact us to choose the right starting point.
Questions before you book
Can you fix an internet provider outage?
We cannot repair your provider’s network. We can help distinguish an outage from a home setup issue and explain what to report to the provider.
Is a new printer included?
No. Support pricing covers time helping with your setup. Discuss any equipment purchase separately before proceeding.
